Clean, comfortable home very close to Manito Park. Everything in the home was thoughtfully appointed and the host was very responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. I look forward to staying there again!

The house is in an excellent location, walkable to Manito Park and Rockwood Bakery! It was clean, well furnished, and as described. Evan was super communicative and helpful. Just one thing to be aware of if you are traveling with young kids is the stairs to the upstairs bedroom quite steep and shallow.

Evan’s communication was great. He responded very quickly to our needs. The house was clean and perfect for the two of us for the 3 night stay. Great location in the South Hill Neighborhood close to coffee, restaurants and shopping. Very easy access to downtown.Looking forward to a return visit and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great place, clean, well thought out sundries and comfortable beds, chairs, loft furniture. Excellent contact with owner and check in/out process was simple. Keyless entry functioned nicely. Will rent again.
